Es werden berühmte Strecken wie der Circuit of the Americas und der Portimão Circuit bei sonnigem Wetter sowie Silverstone im Regen vorgestellt und unterstreichen die außergewöhnliche Detailtreue und den Realismus der Spielreihe. Mehrere Kamerawinkel verstärken die Action zusätzlich und bieten den Spielern ein absolut fesselndes Erlebnis sowie einen hautnahen Einblick in das überarbeitete Physikmodell von MotoGP™26. Dieses basiert auf einem fahrerorientierten Handling-System und verändert das gesamte Spielgefühl erheblich, wobei neue Fahreranimationen auf den Motorrädern diese Verbesserungen verdeutlichen. Außerdem wird eine brandneue Location in Großbritannien für den Spielmodus „Race Off“ vorgestellt, der zwei neue Strecken umfasst, auf denen die Spieler in den Disziplinen Motard, Flat Track und Minibikes trainieren können. Im Video gibt es Gameplay zu sehen, das über offizielle Wettbewerbe hinaus geht und legt zudem den Fokus auf die Einführung von 1000-ccm-Serienmotorrädern. Diese werden in speziellen Mono-Brand-Events verfügbar sein, bei denen Fahrer desselben Herstellers aus MotoGP, Moto2 und Moto3 zusammenkommen und auf den offiziellen Rennstrecken der Meisterschaft gegeneinander antreten.
