Aujourd’hui, KOEI TECMO Europe et les développeurs de Team NINJA ont sorti une démo pour leur tout dernier masocore épique, Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty. Cette dernière est disponible du 16 au 26 septembre sur Xbox Series X|S et PlayStation®5.
Cette démo remplie d’action offre un aperçu de l’univers sombre des Trois Royaumes devenus fous et de la souffrance causée par une lutte chaotique pour sauver un pays autrefois adoré et aujourd’hui infesté de démons. La démo présente aux joueurs les stratégies à adopter et montre la rapidité des combats. De plus, elle offre un aperçu du mode multijoueur en ligne, du créateur de personnages et des capacités du jeu de manière générale, notamment avec l’exploration verticale et l’importance de la morale. En bonus, toute personne allant au bout de la démo recevra l’objet spécial « Crouching Dragon Helmet », qui peut être équipé et utilisé dans le jeu quand il sortira en 2023. Une étude sera également effectuée via la démo de façon à récolter le retour sur expérience des joueurs et ainsi aider le développement du jeu. Ceux qui participeront à cette étude recevront un fond d’écran exclusif.
De plus, Team NINJA a créé une vidéo tuto pour aider les joueurs à commencer à connaitre les moindres détails de cette expérience masocore, dont les techniques nécessaires, allant des contre-attaques de base au maniement d’une variété d’armes.
Pour célébrer la sortie de la démo, une campagne Twitter « Wo Long Highlights » a également démarré. Suivez le twitter officiel (@WoLongOfficial), et publiez une vidéo de gameplay en utilisant le hashtag #WoLongDemoEU. Dix gagnants seront sélectionnés pour recevoir un t-shirt original Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty.
Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty est prévu pour sortir début 2023 sur Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4 et PC via Steam®. Le jeu sera également disponible day one sur le Xbox Game Pass.
