Prime Matter et TaleWorlds Entertainment s’associent pour la sortie physique sur PC et consoles de Mount and Blade II: Bannerlord, un action RPG avec des éléments de stratégie et de bac à sable, avec pour toile de fond le Moyen Âge.
L’histoire du jeu se déroule pendant l’effondrement d’un grand empire, durant lequel les joueurs doivent fonder leur propre clan et grimper les échelons pour atteindre le plus haut rang de la société médiévale. Pour cela ils devront enchaîner les guerres, commercer, entretenir leurs relations politiques, rassembler des troupes et commander une armée, afin de mener des batailles épiques en temps réel.
