Prime Matter et Nightdive Studios sont fiers de dévoiler aujourd’hui un fantastique nouveau trailer de gameplay pour System Shock, le remake du jeu à la première personne acclamé par la critique.
Le nouveau System Shock est un véritable remake du jeu original et novateur de 1994, qui mélange le gameplay tant apprécié de l’époque avec des visuels HD, des contrôles retravaillées, une interface revisitée et des sons et musiques remasterisés.
Nightdive Studios travaille en étroite collaboration avec de nombreux membres de l’équipe du System Shock original, dont la voix de l’I.A SHODAN, Terri Brosius, afin d’assurer que le remake respecte son héritage.
Les joueurs devront combiner furtivité, ruse et un arsenal d’armes futuristes afin de partir à la recherche de SHODAN à travers la Citadel. Cette station est encore plus grande et plus terrifiante que jamais, avec de nouveaux pièges, zones, énigmes et secrets à découvrir. Ils devront affronter ou fuir des créatures mutantes hostiles, créées et contrôlées par SHODAN.
System Shock se déroule dans une station spatiale abandonnée, où les joueurs doivent survivre dans un environnement hostile, mais également surmonter la menace que représente SHODAN (Sentient Hyper-Optimised Data Access Network), une intelligence artificielle malveillante qui s’acharne à vouloir annihiler l’humanité.
De plus, la station Citadel est plus grande et plus terrifiante que jamais, avec de nouveaux pièges, zones, énigmes et secrets à découvrir.
