Monster Hunter Wilds™ playable for the first time at Gamescom 2024

Other Capcom titles at the show to be announced in coming months

Capcom, a leading worldwide developer and publisher of video games, announced today their participation at Gamescom 2024 marking the very first playable opportunity for  Monster Hunter Wilds™ world-wide. The news follows the latest Monster Hunter Wilds trailer revealed at the Summer Game Fest 2024 Showcase, where series producer Ryozo Tsujimoto joined Geoff Keighley to notify fans of the title’s next content drop at Gamescom Opening Night Live, in addition to the first playable opportunity on the Gamescom 2024 show floor. The highly anticipated action RPG and newest entry in the award-winning Monster Hunter™ series is now in development, and gearing up to release in 2025 for PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.
 
The Capcom show floor will feature more than 60 playable demo stations for Monster Hunter Wilds over 900 square meters. In addition, Monster Hunter series producers Ryozo Tsujimoto, executive director and art director Kaname Fujioka, and director Yuya Tokuda, will be present to deliver even more insights on Capcom’s very own Gamescom stage. Capcom will also bring other titles to the show which takes place August 21st-25th. More details on the line up, stage and streaming programmes will be announced closer to the event. For anyone unable to attend the event in person, Capcom will have a variety of live streamed content from the show floor.
